The COM-UTE by PANDA is quite possibly the only 4-stroke moped available in the U.S. Its quiet running, fuel efficient, clean burning and ultra-reliable engine makes the COM-UTE a favorite among campgrounds, rental fleets and environmentally sensitive areas (including Mom's backyard!). The manually operated pedals can be easily removed if allowed in your State or Province. An easy to operate "automatic clutch" transmission features high, medium and low range gears.
